Yes. We offer courses from beginner to advanced level. A little information about previous study and learning goals helps us find a suitable starting point.

Both are available. Private lessons offer individual attention and a pace suited to each student. Group lessons are also available for students studying together. Contact us to discuss the options and availability.

Yes. Lessons can cover workplace conversations, research interviews, internships or vocabulary for a particular field. Let us know the topics and situations that matter most, and we can discuss a suitable course.

We can arrange courses for short visits or stays of several months. Lesson hours are flexible, so the course can fit around the length of the stay and the intended learning goals.

Yes. We arrange lesson dates and hours together, taking teacher availability into account. The timetable and fees are confirmed before registration.

Yes. Intensive courses include four to six hours of lessons a day. A lighter schedule is also possible, leaving more time to explore Yogyakarta and practise outside the classroom.

Yes. Online lessons take place through Google Meet or Zoom. They’re a convenient way to start learning before arrival or continue studying after leaving Indonesia.

Private in-person lessons cost IDR 275,000 per hour, and private online lessons cost IDR 250,000 per hour. A registration fee of IDR 150,000 applies to all courses. Rates for group lessons are listed on the Courses & Fees page.

Yes. Course materials are included in the lesson fee and chosen to suit the course level and learning goals. Accommodation and visa services are arranged separately.

For example, two hours a day for five days adds up to 10 hours of private in-person lessons. Tuition is IDR 2,750,000, plus the IDR 150,000 registration fee, for a total of IDR 2,900,000.

Accommodation and visa services are separate. We can also suggest a shorter or longer course.

Complete the course registration form, or contact us first for help choosing a course. Planned dates, any previous Indonesian study and preferred lesson hours are useful starting points. It’s fine if those details haven’t been decided yet.

Yes. We can help arrange a stay at Puri Guest House or a local homestay during the course. Send us the planned arrival and departure dates, and we’ll check availability and rates.

Staying with an Indonesian family offers a chance to experience everyday life and practise Indonesian in a relaxed setting. Each home is different, so the Accommodation page includes details about facilities, location and rates.

Yes. We offer visa sponsorship for students enrolling in our in-person Indonesian courses, with guidance through the application process.

The school is at Jl. Masjid 24, Pakualaman, Yogyakarta 55111, on a quiet street in central Yogyakarta. It’s about a 15-minute walk east of Malioboro. Find the school on Google Maps.

The school has air-conditioned classrooms, Wi-Fi and a library, with spaces for both private and group lessons.

Yes. We arrange activities such as Indonesian cooking and visits to cultural sites, markets and local workshops. These offer another way to practise the language and get to know Yogyakarta. Please feel free to contact us to find out what’s available during the planned stay.
